Book Description:

This companion devotional to the bestselling book Unglued provides encouragement to help readers handle emotional struggles. Including a daily opening Scripture, Thought for the Day, devotion, and closing prayer, this book helps readers begin a 60-day journey in learning to positively process raw emotions, such as fear, anger, and regret.

My Review:

This is a wonderful devotional that corresponds with the book of the same title.  I have read the book as well as reviewing the devotional and the go together very well.  I am currently involved in a book study on the book, Unglued and I am highly recommending the devotional to others in the study.  It contain 60 days of devotionals.  Each begins with a scripture and a thought for the day, followed by a discussion of the topic and a prayer at the end.    The devotions help readers to learn to deal with their raw emotions and as the main book says, learn to “make wise choices in the midst of raw emotions.”  We as women tend to let our emotions get the best of us and at times we may explode.  With a biblical and Christian theme, this devotional helps us to learn ways to better deal with our emotions and make healthier choices for ourselves and our families.

I was provided a complimentary copy of this book for review from Booksneeze.  I was not obligated to write a positive review.  The opinions in this review are my own.
